Payroll Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant – Payroll to join our consultancy firm based in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labour law regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for clients
- Ensure accurate labour law compliance and adherence to statutory requirements
- Manage registrations for PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT)
- File monthly and annual returns on time (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance records
- Visit client sites for on-ground HR and payroll support
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate or from a relevant background (Commerce, HR, or related field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, compliance, or related domain
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory filings, and HR compliance
- English communication skills – written and verbal (preferred)
- Consultancy experience will be an added advantage
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Willingness to travel to client locations is essential
Skills Preferred:
- Payroll software/tools knowledge
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and time management
