- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and records.
- Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 6 months HR recruitment experience, industrial hiring preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and Indian employment laws.
