Job Description:
As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our services, generate sales, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your main objective will be to engage prospects over the phone and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
 
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts. Introduce our services to potential clients and highlight their benefits. Qualify leads and gather relevant information from prospective customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
