Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment while contributing to our recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job portals, networking events).
- Screen resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and match with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Prior internship or coursework in HR is desirable but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
