Job Description

Position Summary: The Finance Manager (FM) will oversee all aspects of financial management, performance management, financial accounting, budgeting, and corporate reporting. Reporting to the Financial Controller/Managing Director, the FM must possess sound technical and management skills to lead a team of finance professionals.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial advice and counsel to senior management by synthesizing internal and external data.
  • Implement best practices to identify and manage financial and business risks.
  • Analyze investment decisions and assess their impact on the organization's financial position.
  • Develop suitable accounting policies to meet reporting requirements.
  • Compile and present management information for decision-making.
  • Assess tax issues to minimize the organization's tax liabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's financial system and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage accounting policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the annual financial audit process.
  • Provide financial leadership and strategic thinking to support sustainable value creation.
  • Resolve issues arising from audit findings and respond to internal and external auditors.
  • Supervise the preparation of consolidated financial statements and forecasts.
  • Calculate taxable income and income tax liabilities.
  • Strategically utilize management information systems for effective business control.
 
Desired candidate:
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in finance management roles within IT, finance, or consultancy services organizations.
  • Education: Inter CA, CA, MBA Finance.
  • Prior industry experience in IT, Finance, Consultancy.
  • Experience in UAE, GCC, India, Singapore, Malaysia preferred.
