Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
- Oversee lead development and sales consultations.
- Manage the license application process.
- Develop lead channels and scope new business areas.
- Conduct cold calling and develop strategic partnerships.
- Network effectively to generate leads.
- Create and maintain documents such as Memorandum and Articles of Association, Share Certificates, Certification of Incorporation, etc.
- Interface with clients and maintain a client database.
- Demonstrate expertise in various key activities related to company formation.
Desired candidate:
- UAE’s regulatory requirements and documentation, including but not limited to Certification of Incorporation, Share Certificates, Memorandum and Article of Association, etc.
- Handling documents such as First Minutes, Subscribers Resolutions, BR & POA, NLA documents & MOFA, Certificate of Good Standing, Certificate of Incumbency, etc.
- Managing registers of shareholders and directors.
- Familiarity with application processes and validation documents.
- Correspondence with agents, clients, banks, and other institutions.
- Handling bank statements, accounts information, and billing.
- Investment plans, biodata of investors, proof of residence, and NOCs of shareholders & directors.
- Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English.
Scope:
- Focus on company formation activities within the UAE.
