Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
- Recruit and manage a team to effectively represent the company in the Consultancy & Services business, primarily in the IT and Finance domains.
- Monitor market trends, create sales forecasts, and identify sales opportunities in multi-country markets including GCC, Singapore, and Malaysia.
- Develop short-term and long-term sales goals for the team and individual representatives.
- Monitor team performance and assess quota achievement regularly.
- Conduct routine assessments to identify top performers and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics to gain insights into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide ongoing sales coaching and support to develop representative skills.
- Communicate effectively with marketing and upper management.
- Motivate and mentor sales representatives to achieve their targets.
- Set goals and hold representatives accountable for their performance.
- Build trust and rapport with key accounts to foster lasting customer relationships.
- Utilize own network of corporate contacts from various countries to drive business growth.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve set sales objectives.
Reporting: Managing Director
Desired candidate:
- Education:MBA, Finance or IT.
- Extensive experience in IT and Services sales.
- Strong understanding of multi-country markets, particularly GCC, Singapore, and Malaysia.
