Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Searching Vendors 
  • Compare and evaluate offer from supplier 
  • Negotiate contract term of agreement 
  • Track order and ensure timely delivery 
  • Review the quality of purchase products 
  • Enter order details into internal database 
  • Inventory Management 
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices 
  • Preparing reports of purchase 
  • Monitor stock levels and placed order needed 
  • Good communication skill 
  • Well experience in retail sector 
  • Ability to manage to stock 
  • Good software knowledge i.e. Tally ERP, Gofrugal and etc 
  • Familiar with Stock management 
  • Ability to manipulate data with spreadsheets in Excel
  • Time: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • 6 Days Working: Monday to Saturday
