Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
- Searching Vendors
- Compare and evaluate offer from supplier
- Negotiate contract term of agreement
- Track order and ensure timely delivery
- Review the quality of purchase products
- Enter order details into internal database
- Inventory Management
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Preparing reports of purchase
- Monitor stock levels and placed order needed
- Good communication skill
- Well experience in retail sector
- Ability to manage to stock
- Good software knowledge i.e. Tally ERP, Gofrugal and etc
- Familiar with Stock management
- Ability to manipulate data with spreadsheets in Excel
- Time: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 6 Days Working: Monday to Saturday
