Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:
 
  • Review of transactions as per Indian GAAP
  • Payroll Management
  • Preparation of Management Information System (MIS)
  • Managing AR and AP and matching the balances with GL
  • Overlooking the queries of vendors/employees and resolve them in timely manner
  • Preparation of Budget
  • Overlooking of Statutory Compliances
  • Managing payroll compliances i.e. PF, ESIC, Professional Tax etc
  • Tax Compliances i.e. withholding tax, Service tax etc
  • Preparation and submission of Quarterly TDS returns
  • Generation of Form 16A / Form 16
  • Calculation of Advance Tax on Quarterly basis
  • Preparation and finalization of Income Tax Return
  • Preparation and Submission of documents for GST Refund
  • Preparation and submission of SOFTEX form with STPI
  • Preparation and submission of Annual Return under FEMA
  • Other statutory and regulatory compliances as and when required
