Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:
  • Lead team to meet recruitment targets through support and guidance.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure timely profile submissions.
  • Maintain adherence to recruitment processes and database integrity.
  • Handle additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Provide necessary training and mentorship to team members.
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress towards set targets.
  • Assist team in end-to-end recruitment process, from client requirements to position closure.
  • Review daily profiles sourced by recruiters and submit screened profiles to clients.
  • Set and track monthly targets for position closures, ensuring accountability.
  • Foster positive and motivating work environment.
  • Establish connections with clients during onboarding to introduce services.
  • Understand and address client requirements, seeking necessary adjustments.
  • Actively seek client feedback and strive to become preferred hiring partner.
  • Ensure timely submission of profiles within 24-48 hours, especially post-onboarding.
  • Maintain quality and relevance of profiles submitted to clients.
  • Document new client details and mandates accurately.
  • Utilize our ATS effectively for candidate management.
  • Keep website's job openings section updated with active positions.
  • Encourage candidate reviews to enhance service quality.

Desired candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
