Requirement
- Capture & align end-user requirements with stakeholders
- Document & communicate requirements to team members in forms of scenarios, use cases and user stories
- Collaborate with a cross functional team (local/remote) to review & refine user requirements
- Collaborate with a cross functional team (local/remote) to iteratively create conceptual designs & prototypes
- Monitor & review product developments to match user requirements, UI design and guidelines
Quality
- Ensure that all requirements are documented with the right artifacts
- Validate requirements with stakeholders prior to development
- Attend daily stand-up meeting to report on progress, next steps
- Performs functional validation & testing (UAT)
Collaboration
- Hand-over requirements to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Customer Experience
- Support user documentation and guidance
- Support user training & related content
- Ensures best user experience for our products
Ensures best experience beyond using (buying, supporting, upgrading products)
Skills Set:
- Strong written (emails, reporting, presentations) and verbal (informal, presentation) communication skills.
- Ability to work independently; strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead/influence others during projects
- Proven experience in a Business Analysis role and in business analysis methods/techniques
- Knowledge of agile & scrum methodology
- Familiarity with web & mobile standards and best practices
- Knowledge and experience working with JIRA and Confluence to manage the requirement
- Knowledge and experience with wireframe tools as Balsamiq..
- Knowledge of Leisure/recreational industry will be an added advantage
