Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction to fill the role of Telecaller. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and promoting our products/services through effective telephonic communication.
 
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage in conversation to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Present and explain our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information, resolve queries or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels and nurture them to conversion.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Telecalleror in a similar customer-focused role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Must be proficient with English and Hindi language.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
