Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
- Conduct engaging sessions on leadership skills, attitude development (illustrated through story-building examples), Johari window, SWOT Analysis, communication skills, motivation techniques, interviewing skills, emotional intelligence, and transactional analysis.
- Provide relevant and real-world examples to enhance understanding and application of concepts.
- Deliver core Personality Development Training, focusing on creating positive changes in students' personalities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment conducive to personal and professional growth.
- Assist students in developing the necessary skills to face the challenges of the aviation industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training modules.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Graduate qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge.
