Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility is to generate leads for the sales team. This involves researching potential candidates, identifying key decision-makers Reach out to potential candidates through LinkedIn, emails, and social media, to introduce staffing services and gauge their staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales progress. The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is key to long-term success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field can be beneficial but is not always mandatory. Good experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or a related field is typically required, often ranging from 1 to 3 years or more.
- A results-oriented mind-set is important, as this role often involves meeting specific sales targets and revenue goals.
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary for interacting with clients and consultants. Experience working on a computer.
