Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Introduce our company and services to prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified leads.
• Follow up with prospects via phone calls or emails to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and update.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
