Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. 
Introduce our company and services to prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects via phone calls or emails to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and update.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
