Job Description

• Providing infrastructure support for users remotely.
• Resolve technical issues in a service desk environment, relating to Operating systems & applications, Network, Printers, and other Business specific applications.
• Troubleshoot & coordinate with teams to resolve issues relating to Operating System, Backup solutions and other technical issues relating to network infrastructure and desktop.
• Act as critical resources to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support within team
• Maintain active directory of data drive and email.
• Monitoring risks and providing effective resolutions
