Job Description
- Providing infrastructure support for users remotely.
- Resolve technical issues in a service desk environment, relating to Operating systems & applications, Network, Printers, and other Business specific applications.
- Troubleshoot & coordinate with teams to resolve issues relating to Operating System, Backup solutions and other technical issues relating to network infrastructure and desktop.
- Act as critical resources to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support within team
- Maintain active directory of data drive and email.
- Monitoring risks and providing effective resolutions
- Maintain downtime schedule and reduce the
