Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities through marketing, research and networking.
- Understand client’s requirements and suggest suitable Filter Concept’s products/ increase awareness of products offered and highlight key differentiators from our competition.
- Understand, review and present proposals to clients.
- Negotiate with clients to convert proposals into business.
- Project and forecast sales activities and define strategies to generate business
- Facilitate prompt and effective resolution of client concerns.
- Use strong interpersonal skills to communicate with other departments
- Coordinate and participate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Business Services and Business
- Development in the negotiation and execution of Confidentiality.
- Reporting and regularly maintain records of all relevant activities in the client database.
Requirement:
- Should possess confidence, negotiation and interpersonal skills required in a good Sales & Marketing professional.
- Previous knowledge of filtration, water treatment, air pollution control, OEM products or the manufacturing industry is an add on.
Prerequisite:
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a Bachelor's degree. An Engineering degree is an add on.
- Knowledge of Client Communication, Sales and Promotion and Business Development is necessary.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to constantly be context-switching.
- Proficiency with any ERP tool will be beneficial.
