Job Description
- Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
- Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
- Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.
- Receiving vendor’s bills, maintaining their record.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the center.
- Ensuring excellent hospitality to all center walk-ins.
- Ensuring entry of all Walk-ins in register and TAB.
Requirement:
- Graduate Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Desk Representative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Only Female Candidate
- Good Time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer handling skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
