Job Description
- You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centre
- You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location
- You shall make productive house calls.
- You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc
- Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS
- Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
- You shall make productive BA tie ups
- You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.
Requirement:
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
- Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
- Education Background would be preferred.
- Preference would be given to Candidates from Education / Advertising sales/Time
- Share/Banking/NBFC/Reputed Pharma companies ( A category)/ Insurance (Life & Health).
