Job Description
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software.
Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate customized reports as needed to provide insights into financial performance.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related tasks.
Audit Support:
Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit queries.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide financial insights.
Participate in client meetings as required.
