Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate outsourced US Tax preparation work with Client [1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S etc.]
- Prepare and Review US Individual & Corporate tax returns with appropriate schedules [1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S] in Tax Software
- Prepare Multi State Tax Returns
- Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings.
- Make sure that clients comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Advise on the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather necessary financial information for tax return preparation.
- Analyse financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and other relevant documents, to ensure accurate tax reporting.
- Stay updated on federal and state tax regulations to ensure compliance and maximize potential deductions for clients.
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to address any inquiries or concerns related to their tax returns.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive financial information.
- Assist in resolving tax-related issues, including audits and inquiries from tax authorities.

- Enrolled Agent
- Certified Public Accountant
