Job Description
- Handle booking and arrangement for travel enquires and request from sales office and other channels which comes through phone calls & emails
- Liaise with supplier to negotiate for better rate and/ or condition.
- Provide recommendation of hotels, restaurants and transportation based on customers requests & interests
- Provide information on travel visa & requirements
- Handle travel operations including reservations, standby at the hotel and/or assigned venue to ensure smooth tour arrangement
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
- Client and customer coordination
- Creating Itineraries, tour plans and packages, holiday plans.
Requirement:
- Possess some work experiences in Tourism & Hospitality sectors
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good Communication skill
- Computer Knowledge
