- Convert walk-ins into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
- Manage the operational aspects of the admission process, including documentation, batch scheduling, data management, and MIS.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve collective goals.
- Work towards achieving sales targets set by the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Counselor in the education, aviation, or animation industry.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Thorough understanding of the country's processes and steps involved in admissions.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate information about the products and services offered by the company.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
