Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, predominantly in the B2B segment, and build strong relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and production to optimize sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the building material industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of AAC blocks and their applications.(preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
