Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, predominantly in the B2B segment, and build strong relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and production to optimize sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the building material industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- In-depth knowledge of AAC blocks and their applications.(preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
