• Manage and coordinate export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and freight forwarders.
• Product research and development
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Assessing clients’ needs and requirements.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
• Multi - Tasking work

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in export operations and familiarity with international trade regulations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Must have knowledge of Agriculture & Chemical product.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
