Job Description
- Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communication, including emails and phone calls, and prioritize accordingly.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Conduct research, compile data, and assist in special projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks to ensure the Director's day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are crucial.
