Job Description

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and engage with potential clients, including businesses, startups, and organizations seeking branding and creative services.
  • Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients, introduce services, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Craft and send effective and personalized email communications to prospects, following up on inquiries and nurturing leads to convert them into clients.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our clients brand and services, and build meaningful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop customized proposals that address client requirements.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong portfolio of revenue generation.
  • 3+ Years of experience in the branding, design, marketing, or creative industry.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
