Job Description
Guest Services:
· Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment.
· Assist guests with their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
· Provide information about the facility, services, and local attractions.
· Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Problem Resolution:
· Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
· Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure their needs are met.
· Maintain a calm and diplomatic approach when dealing with difficult situations.
Guest Satisfaction
· Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and retention by exceeding guest expectations.
· Collect feedback from guests to continually improve services and facilities.
· Follow up with guests to ensure that their concerns have been addressed.
Shift Timing : 11 AM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
