• Lead the development of complex, high-traffic WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and project managers, to implement advanced web designs and functionalities.
• Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins, utilizing advanced PHP, JavaScript, and CSS techniques.
• Troubleshoot and debug advanced issues related to WordPress and associated plugins, themes, and frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies related to WordPress development.
• Implement advanced techniques for website performance optimization, such as caching, minification, and server-level optimizations.
• Provide expert technical support to clients and internal teams, acting as a subject matter expert in WordPress development.
• Lead the creation of technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (5-6 years) in developing complex websites and web applications using WordPress.
• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Extensive experience in working with WordPress themes, child themes, and customizing templates.
• Advanced expertise in custom plugin development and modification.
• In-depth knowledge of popular page builders and frameworks (e.g., Elementor, Beaver Builder, Bootstrap).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong experience in website performance optimization and in-depth understanding of SEO best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
