Job Description

Job Responsibility:-

 

  • Conduct thorough area mapping to identify potential customers.
  • Make cold calls and proactively reach out to prospective customers.
  • Develop a complete understanding of customer and enhance customer relationship to grow revenue from the region.
  • Timely submission of quotation and proactively following up ongoing cases.
  • Forecasting accurate expected business in the region.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding annual given targets.
  • Conduct negotiations and close the orders with superior guidance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order booking, including proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Follow up on payment schedules and outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Reporting ongoing development in expected timeline.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical or Production), Diploma (Electronics, Mechanical or Production) or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or engineering sector for minimum 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, required sales tools and MS office. (Excel, Word and PPT).
  • Familiarity with Gas generators and Gas distribution systems (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
