Job Description
Job Responsibility:-
- Conduct thorough area mapping to identify potential customers.
- Make cold calls and proactively reach out to prospective customers.
- Develop a complete understanding of customer and enhance customer relationship to grow revenue from the region.
- Timely submission of quotation and proactively following up ongoing cases.
- Forecasting accurate expected business in the region.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding annual given targets.
- Conduct negotiations and close the orders with superior guidance.
- Ensure timely and accurate order booking, including proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Follow up on payment schedules and outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Reporting ongoing development in expected timeline.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical or Production), Diploma (Electronics, Mechanical or Production) or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or engineering sector for minimum 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, required sales tools and MS office. (Excel, Word and PPT).
- Familiarity with Gas generators and Gas distribution systems (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
