- This job includes recruitment and generalistactivities.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategies and job descriptions
- Source and recruit candidates by using different job portals,Databaseand social media
- Maintain database for current and future hiring needs
- Liaising with external institutes and colleges for specific positions as required, and are providing candidates who fulfilling the requirements
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
- Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
