Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including
  • Contracts, agreements, leases, and other real estate-related documents.  Conduct legal research  and gather relevant information to support
  • Legal cases and transactions.  Draft correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents under
  • The supervision of attorneys.  Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases, ensuring
  • Their accuracy and confidentiality.  Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments
  • For attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.  Prepare and assemble documents and exhibits for court filings,
  • Hearings, and closings.  Assist with the due diligence process, including reviewing title
  • Reports, surveys, and property documents.  Communicate and liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders,
  • And other parties involved in real estate transactions.  Prepare and distribute closing documentation, including
  • Settlement statements, deeds, and transfer documents.  Maintain a thorough understanding of real estate laws, regulations,
  • And industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to attorneys and clients.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and legal terminology.  Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal case management software.  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
