Objective of the Job:
Ensuring Project Quality and on time delivery along with Revenue target achievement
Scope:
Responsible for Assigned Team’s Quality, Delivery and Resource Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for organisation wide BIM Standard, Implement & enforcement.
• Managing Efficiency and Productivity in all Projects.
• Responsible for Team development and skill enhancement
• Troubleshooting Project Concerns.
Necessary Technical / Functional Skills:
1. Software o AutoCAD, Revit, Navis, MS-Office,
2. Technical o Basic workflow of BIM, Knowledge of Various Codes & Standards
3. Team Management o Handling team of Minimum 10 Employee
4. Handle Project Individually
5. Troubleshooting Team’s Problem and Project Issues.
