Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using industry-leading software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).

• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural components to ensure clash-free designs.

• Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize system performance and minimize rework.

• Generate accurate and detailed construction drawings, schematics, and documentation.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM MEP technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Proficient in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.

• Experience in clash detection and coordination.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Criteria:

Candidates from Gujarat are required for these positions.

Preferences:

• Prior experience in BIM MEP coordination for complex projects.

• Familiarity with MEP engineering standards and codes.

• Knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient design principles.

• Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.
