Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work on given leads and close sales on call, email, or message
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Must be willing to work on US Shift timings
