Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Resolve customer queries related to tracking in a timely and effective manner
  • Follow up with shipping lines for the status of delivery
  • Update customers on their delivery status via phone or email
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive customer relationships
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary

 

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Must be willing to work on US Shift timings
  • No prior experience required
