Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries related to tracking in a timely and effective manner
- Follow up with shipping lines for the status of delivery
- Update customers on their delivery status via phone or email
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive customer relationships
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Must be willing to work on US Shift timings
