Export and Import Documentation Executive

Job Description

  • Handle all aspects of the documentation process for our import and export operations
  • Fill shipping instructions accurately
  • Fill AES (Automated Export System) to declare shipment to US Customs and Border Protection
  • Check and approve BLs with shipping lines or agents
  • Send the final approved MBL (Master Bill of Lading) to destination team
  • Retrieve necessary documents from origin agent and client
  • Submit documents to customs agent and obtain approval for shipment release
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and complies with relevant regulations
  • Monitor shipments to ensure all documents are processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation related to shipments
  • Communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of documentation and timely resolution of issues
  • Following up with Customers to arrange relevant documents.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1 Year of relevant Industry experience
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
