Job Description
- Handle all aspects of the documentation process for our import and export operations
- Fill shipping instructions accurately
- Fill AES (Automated Export System) to declare shipment to US Customs and Border Protection
- Check and approve BLs with shipping lines or agents
- Send the final approved MBL (Master Bill of Lading) to destination team
- Retrieve necessary documents from origin agent and client
- Submit documents to customs agent and obtain approval for shipment release
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and complies with relevant regulations
- Monitor shipments to ensure all documents are processed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation related to shipments
- Communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of documentation and timely resolution of issues
- Following up with Customers to arrange relevant documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year of relevant Industry experience
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
