Job Description

• Employee should Collect basic information of Project from Sales Engineer/Client/Project Manager regarding Layouts/Design.
• Ensure Verification of Layouts/Design is done by Sales Engineer
• Designing of the System
• Employee is responsible to Prepare Techno commercial Offers (Quote)
• Take follow ups for Quotations from clients.
• Do reporting daily/weekly to the Supervisor about the work.
• Make sure to update Standard costing monthly
• Negotiate and take Discount from Vendor.
• Employee is responsible to make the enquiry of all Tenders.
• Attend techno-commercial meeting with clients
• Attend techno-commercial meeting with vendors
• Participate in Exhibition stall of our company national and international platforms
• Regular follow-up of submitted offer from client
• Check costing of Trainees and rectify the same
• Make technical points for seniors for technical meeting
• Send E-mails to client
• Keep a record of Client’s PO File
• Maintain sales file for all the enquiry
• Sales Transfer/ File with all the documents/Communication transmitted in inter department with techno-commercial discussion and can make understand others overall project
• Employee must attend Weekly review meeting.
