Job Description
- Researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services.
- Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and determine inventory levels and purchase needs.
- Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts and prices.
- Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoice issues with vendors.
- Researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services.
- Undertake any other necessary duties as assigned.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
- Schedule and verify purchase deliveries.
- Build and maintain positive long-term supplier relationships.
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms.
- Manages the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery, and shipment schedules.
- Evaluate supplier’s performance based on the organization’s criteria.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering (Preferred) Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or a related field
- 2-4 Years of experience in the Manufacturing sector. (Electronics/Electrical)
- Proficiency in using inventory management softwares.
- Strong communication negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Working experience in procuring environmental monitoring equipment/devices is a plus.
