Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes, procedures, tools, templates, and checklists that advance organization quality management objectives. Ensure quality objectives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Maintain the implemented quality system documentation including quality policy, quality system manual, operating procedures, quality records, project management guidance, project templates, and checklist.
• Maintain and update the documents and records under configuration management. 
• Facilitates the external ISO 9001, ISMS 27001, CMMi DEV & SVC, and any other certification audit process
• Develops recommendations to resolve non-conformance and make continually improve the system.
• Ensure timely reports to senior management on internal and external audits.
• Should be able to handle various projects & organizational stakeholders.

Skills:

• 3 to 6 Years of Process consulting and facilitation experience 
• Should have sound knowledge of CMMI Development & Service V2.0, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 and be proficient in various Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in conducting gap analysis for existing processes of ISO and CMMI
• Hands-on experience with the implementation, conducting process, product quality internal audits (as per CMMi model and ISO standards)
• Monitor periodically the implementation of defined QMS and identify process strengths and weaknesses.
• Carrying out Root cause analysis for defects/gaps and suggesting preventive /Corrective measures.
• Guide the project teams for support functions in adhering to laid down procedures and practices.
• Collect and analyze metrics data on a regular /defined basis and come out with useful insights using statistical tools & techniques.
• Identify and maintain the risk assessment process in line with the company standards and maintain compliance.
• Proficient in conducting various process training
• Prior participation as a member in CMMi V 2.0 appraisal is preferred
• Ensure best practices are identified and shared across the organization.
• Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Should have very good communication and team mentoring capabilities etc.
