Role and Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation of innovative solutions using the Warewolf platform.
• Design complex application features using The WW platform according to defined best practice guidelines.
• Build flexible data models and seamless integration points with external systems according to defined best practice guidelines.
• Develop testable, bug-free, and scalable code following best practices in web/mobile. application architecture, WW development, security, and clean code.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing.
• Should be an independent contributor, willing to work with limited monitoring in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Must have an Agile mindset (knowledge of Scrum is nice to have) and contribute to a self-organizing and highly productive.
• Develop high-value technology solutions, re-usable components, and accelerators to innovate and streamline processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of programs, procedures, and methodology.

Skills and background requirements:

• Able to analyses business requirements and translate them into viable and scalable applications.
• Should have Min 6+ years of career experience as a software developer, where you have developed scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions for enterprise customers.
• Must have an Agile mindset (knowledge of Scrum is nice to have) and contribute to a self-organizing and highly productive team.
• Able to demonstrate understanding of web application architecture – any technology stream/platform.
• Understand design and implementation of data storage solutions.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of coding best practices.
• Proficient in debugging both existing and new software.
• With knowledge of APIs, web services, database modelling and web tools.
• With Solid relational database knowledge including SQL.
• Must have the flexibility to be assigned as part of the Application Development Team or Application Support team.
• Mentor development team members by undertaking pair programming and code review sessions.
• Able to demonstrate best-in-class coding standards / best practices.

Perform code reviews and mentor the team in designing solutions.
